learn. execute. repeat.
I’m Amy G. Chamberlain, a senior learning and assessment designer who helps organizations solve complex learning, performance, and measurement problems.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across corporate, education, healthcare, workforce development, and regulated industries, designing learning systems that do more than deliver content; they change behavior, improve outcomes, and generate actionable insight.

My work spans performance-based learning, simulation and scenario design, assessment and credentialing systems, and learning strategy. I specialize in translating complex subject matter into clear, usable learning experiences, and in aligning instruction, assessment, and real-world expectations.
Titles vary across my career (instructional designer, curriculum developer, learning consultant, assessment developer) but the throughline is consistent: I’m brought in when learning needs to work, scale, and stand up to scrutiny.

This portfolio is organized by the problems I solve, with representative samples.
